Stand Out Without a Full Wrap

As a smart alternative to a full wrap, partial wraps provide impressive road presence and professional branding without needing to wrap the entire vehicle. Your vehicle becomes a mobile advertisement that works for you every day. For private cars, partial wraps allow you to change styling, add accents, or protect paint without committing to a full colour change.

Why Customers Choose Partial Wraps

  • Lower cost than a full wrap, while still extremely eye-catching
  • Many installs are completed in one to two working days
  • Protects paint from UV damage, stone chips, and scratches
  • Easy to remove or replace if branding changes
  • Ideal for single vehicles and large fleets

      Our 5-Step Installation Process

Throughout our years of experience, we’ve perfected our process so that it is as simple (yet effective) as possible. Here’s what to expect:

      1 Enquire:

Contact us by phone, email, or the online form with your vehicle type, which panels you’d like wrapped, and any artwork or logos. We’ll provide you with a bespoke quote based on your needs.

      2 Design & Mock-Up:

We produce 360° 2D mockups for every side of the vehicle; a 3D render is available as an optional add-on, allowing you to see a realistic preview of your vehicle before the wrap is started.

      3 Vehicle Preparation:

Once approved, we print your design on commercial-grade vinyl from reputable suppliers such as 3M. Vehicles are fully cleaned and prepared so the film bonds correctly – especially important for partial installs around seams and edges.

      4 Professional Installation:

Our trained installers apply the wrap panel-by-panel for a neat, bubble-free finish. For fleets, we can schedule staggered install days to keep downtime to a minimum.

      5 Handover & Aftercare:

We perform a final quality check, show you basic maintenance tips, and provide removal/replacement options for lease returns or rebranding.

      FAQ's

How long does a partial wrap last?

Since we strictly use high-quality vinyl, our wraps typically last between 3-7 years – but they can last even longer! A partial wrap's lifespan depends on sun exposure, cleaning, and how often the vehicle is used in harsh conditions.

Will a partial wrap damage my paint?

No – when fitted and removed correctly, vinyl won’t damage factory paint. Older or poorly maintained paint can be at greater risk, so we’ll inspect the surface and flag any concerns before we fit the vinyl.

      How long does installation take?

This completely depends on the type of vehicle. Small single-panel jobs can be completed in less than a day, whereas multiple panels on a fleet of HGVs will understandably take longer to complete. We’ll provide you with a rough timeframe after your initial consultation and keep you in the loop throughout the process.

Can partial wraps be used on leased vehicles?

Many lease agreements allow wraps if they’re removed at lease-end and the paint is returned to its original condition; we offer professional removal to help avoid lease return charges. However, you must check your lease contract before proceeding with a vehicle wrap, no matter how small.

      What maintenance do wraps need?

Regular washing with warm, soapy water is recommended. Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive brushes, and automated car washes, as these all pose a risk to your wrap. For more information, check out our article on washing wrapped vehicles.

How much does a half wrap cost?

Prices start from £750 but vary by panel size, design complexity, and vehicle type. As a guide:

      • Small van half wrap (e.g. Ford Transit Connect) - from £750 + VAT
      • Medium van half wrap (e.g. Renault Trafic) - from £800 + VAT
      • Large van half wrap (e.g. Mercedes Sprinter) - from £1200 + VAT

After your consultation, we’ll provide an itemised quote so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Read our blog on Van Wrapping Costs to understand the factors that influence the price.

What happens if a section gets damaged?

Partial wraps are easy to repair – we can replace damaged panels without redoing the whole vehicle, which is faster and more cost-effective.
