We’re really looking forward to working with you on your project, here is a guide to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

1. Definition of Terms.

1.1 “Client” shall refer to the other party of the Contract

1.2 “CG” shall refer to Complete Graphics.

2. Vehicle Preparation:

2.1 All vehicles should be clean before delivery to Complete Graphics’ premises.

2.2 All surfaces that have been requested to be wrapped must be thoroughly cleaned prior to wrapping. Any additional preparation may result in a £60+VAT/hr preparation cost charged to account for the delay and additional labour required to clean the surfaces. This charge will be invoiced at the completion of the work.

2.3 The condition and bodywork of the vehicle must be disclosed during the sales and negotiation process. Any bodywork and paintwork that needs preparation before vinyl is applied will be charged at 60+VAT/hr in addition to the agreed quote. The surface suitability will be assessed by CG. Clients will be contacted before works are carried out to gain verbal consent, works include but are not limited to; sanding, filling, priming.

2.4 Please note there is no availability to charge your vehicle at the Complete Graphics site, so all electric vehicles must arrive with enough charge to complete the works ordered, suggested 75% minimum.

2.5 Where badges are to be removed prior to vinyl installation, these will be disposed of unless the client informs CG in advance of removal. Complete Graphics can-not guarantee badges integrity but will aim to remove them whole.

2.6 Badges, vehicle logos and manufactures signs removal can cause paintwork damage. Complete Graphics will remove with the utmost care and inform client of any damage. CG will remedy any damaged site to a point where damage is not visible through applied vinyl. This may include sanding to create a smooth surface.

2.7 If the installation date needs to be rearranged by the client, 1 weeks notice must be given, or you may be subject to £500/day charge (at the discretion of Complete Graphics)

3. Liability

3.1 In the unlikely event that a car is damaged while in CG care, the client will be informed, and CG will rectify any damages caused by the team. This includes but isn’t limited to; accidental dents and scrapes while moving vehicles or broken parts when stripping down vehicles. Any existing damage or faulty parts should be declared when dropping off the vehicle or in advance of works commencing and will not be rectified by CG.

3.2 While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and integrity of the Client’s property, CG cannot be held liable for any unforeseeable damages or losses that may occur during the project, such as trees falling, adverse weather conditions, flooding. Clients should check their own insurance covers these events.

3.3 While CG do their best to keep vehicles inside overnight, this is not guaranteed and the client should have adequate insurance to cover the vehicle being kept outside.

4. Design and Marketing

4.1 All projects involving design work will require an approved proof before vinyl installation can occur. Delays at this stage or changes to the proof, may affect the project deadline and CG requests Client’s cooperation and prompt approval of any design work.

4.2 Design Variations: No variations after the approved proof have been agreed shall be effective unless agreed in writing and signed by both Parties.

Changes to designs after approval may affect the project deadline and may incur costs as a result if dates have to be rearranged or if production has commenced and vinyl needs to be reprinted or reordered.

4.2 Designs made remain the property of CG at all times, including mock-ups made. If these are required to be used for other purposes, written permission must be given and there may be a cost.

4.2 Photos of the project may be used for marketing purposes unless specified otherwise by the Client.

4.3 Any business-to-business contact details may be used for future promotional offers relevant to Clients initial enquiry, unless Client specifically opts out.

6. Guarantee

6.1 A 1 year fitters guarantee is available on all wraps. If the wrap fails because of the structure and/or integrity of the surface, this is not covered. This includes but is not limited to the condition of the paintwork, including if the vehicle has been resprayed at any point. Where additional preparation works (sanding, filing) have been completed by Complete Graphics to ensure adherence of vinyl, Complete Graphics’ installation warranty is not provided.

6.2 All vinyl used within the scope of the project has a warranty supplied by the manufacturer. The details of the warranty can be found on the supplier/manufacturer’s website. While CG will act as the agent to pursue any vinyl warranty claims, the liability and warranty decision sits with the manufacturer.

7. Rights and Obligations:

7.1 Both parties agree to fulfil their respective obligations as outlined in the project contract. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of services by CG and the timely payment by the Client.

8. Governing Law
