UK Architecture Exhibitions & Trade Shows

London Festival of Architecture 2025

Welcoming over a million visitors throughout a month-long celebration, the London Festival of Architecture (LFA) returns in 2025 with the theme “Voices”. This theme aims to explore how different voices complement, contradict, and evolve together within the architectural community, creating new systems and frameworks to build more equitable spaces for all. LFA stands as a platform for conversation, testing new ideas, and promoting emerging talent across a rich programme of installations, workshops, exhibitions, and “Studio Lates” programmes.

W Programme 2025 (Only available to "W Partners")

The W Programme is a membership network founded and run by The Architectural Review in partnership with the Architects’ Journal. It originated under the name “Women in Architecture” and has since evolved into a broader initiative promoting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion across the built environment. They currently run a series of lectures and networking events across the UK and online.

Grand Designs Live

When: 3rd - 5th October 2025

Based on the popular TV show, Grand Designs Live is hosted twice a year, attracting architects, renovation teams, and those curious about improving their homes. Exhibitors for 2025 include 3S Architects Interiors & Commercial, Thomas De Cruz Architects, Belinda Grace Group, and ECON Building Products. If you’re interested in some of the newest and most exciting upcoming brands, this year’s event will feature an “Emerging Brands” area, where you can learn about unique industry insights that could soon make a big impact.

London Build Expo 2025

One of the UK’s leading & largest construction shows, the London Build Expo is the ideal place to meet and do business with the UK’s leading contractors, developers, architects, councils, and more! Futurebuild 2026

Futurebuild is one of the most impactful events in sustainable innovation for the built environment, and in 2026 it is also home to "The National Retrofit Conference & Expo 2026". Targetting architects, Tier 1 contractors, local authorities  and government policymakers, Futurebuild is committed to driving positive change from forward-thinking suppliers and manufacturers. Clerkenwell Design Week 2026

One of the biggest events for the architecture calendar each year, Clerkenwell Design Week (CDW) is spread across the EC1 postcode, featuring over 600 showroom events, 11+ curated exhibitions, memorable installations, and topical talks. CDW has firmly established itself as one of the UK’s leading design festivals, and it is completely free and open to all. If you want to meet industry bodies, key associations, and architectural experts, the Design Meets programme is an additional opportunity to spark conversation about the most pressing topics.

Festival Des Architectures Vives

The 19th edition of the Festival des Architectures Vives (FAV) is set to take place in Montpellier, and this year’s theme "La Gourmandise," invites architects, urban planners, and landscape architects to explore the intersection of architecture and indulgence. Exhibitors are creating site-specific installations within the historic courtyards of Montpellier's private mansions, offering visitors an immersive journey that stimulates both the senses and the mind. Access to this event is completely free, and all architectural lovers and professionals are welcome!

Copenhagen Architecture Biennale 2025

When: 18th September - 19th October 2025

Under the theme "Slow Down", a new festival of architecture has risen; the inaugural Copenhagen Architecture Biennial. Curated by Josephine Michau and organized by CAFx, the biennial aims to explore architecture's role in fostering sustainable and mindful urban development. The event will feature exhibitions, workshops, and public programs throughout Copenhagen, encouraging reflection on how architecture can address the challenges of rapid urbanization and environmental impact.

World Architecture Festival (WAF)

When: 12th - 14th November 2025

The World Architecture Festival (WAF) will make its U.S. debut at the Miami Beach Convention Centre this year, celebrating its 17th edition. WAF is the world's largest live awards event for architects and designers; the 2025 festival, themed "Hearts and Minds" will explore the interplay of architecture as a product of intellect and an appeal to emotions. Attendees can look forward to keynote talks, live project critiques, panel discussions, and the prestigious WAF Awards, which recognise excellence across 45 categories in architecture and interior design.

Biennale Architettura 2025

When: 10th May - 23rd November 2025
Where: Across Venice, Veneto, Italy

The 19th International Architecture Exhibition, Biennale Architettura returns for 2025, titled "Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective". Curated by architect and engineer Carlo Ratti, the exhibition explores architecture's role in addressing climate change by integrating natural, artificial, and collective intelligence. With the Central Pavilion under renovation, Venice itself will serve as a "living laboratory," hosting installations and experiments across the city. The event will feature over 750 participants, including 66 National Pavilions, with Azerbaijan, Oman, Qatar, and Togo participating for the first time!

The Salone Internazionale del Mobile (also known as Milan Furniture Fair or Milan Design Week) is the world’s premier annual event for furniture, interior design, lighting, and home innovation. Since its inception in 1961, it's grown into a global benchmark, showcasing leading-edge design across multiple categories—classic to modern, kitchens, bathrooms, workplace solutions, lighting, and emerging talent.

AIA Conference on Architecture & Design

As one of the world’s leading events for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals, AIA26 offers four days of immersive learning, inspiring keynotes, architect-led tours, and unparalleled networking opportunities. Based in San Diego for 2026, attendees can earn continuing education credits (such as RIBA, ADA, or HSW) through over 300 sessions, and explore one of the industry's largest expos - featuring more than 550 brands! 

BAU 2027

When: 11th - 15th January 2027

BAU markets itself as the World's Leading Trade Fair for Architecture, Materials and Systems, and takes place every two years. Attendees include architects, planners, representatives of the industrial and commercial sectors, building trades, etc.
